Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Production Supervisor- First Shift- (Wichita, KS)

Position Summary:
This is a great (non aerospace) opportunity in 25 year old conventional fabrication job shop with long term government and OEM contracts all over US, which cannot be done outside the domestic US.

Position will supervise two production lines, each having 8-12 workers and 1-2 Leads – to assure project starts and on time completion/shipping. Facility is basically new (in South Wichita) with much room to expand.

4.5 day week – Mon-Fri, First Shift. 

Qualifications:
2 years Supervisory experience in metal, wood or fabric “Job Shop” responsible for high levels of conventional fab productivity. Shipping or QA Supv considered as long as in Mfg Job Shop.

Calling on Commercial Mechanical Contractors in the Southwest US – both phone and personal meetings as well as trade shows – representing specialized, patented process and products that can save Mechanicals a great deal of time and money.

Qualifications:
Construction materials sales experience is ideal and exp calling on HVAC Mechanicals would be perfect.  However, we are looking for “TALENT” with success in business development and knows how to get new business from Construction Contractors.
